At first glance, it is a lovely and delicate pale straw yellow in colour; the bubbles and effervescence form perfectly as they continuously rise, giving the impression of a wine full of life.
To the nose, the key word that comes directly to mind is “freshness”, but also “finesse” thanks to the yellow citrus aromas that emerge. On the second nose, this finesse is enveloped in white fruit aromas, predominantly pear, followed by vine-ripened peach.
These aromatic notes follow through and are heightened on the palate, offering a beautiful balance and a rich harmony. The end note is straight and free of harshness, with a well- controlled dosage that leaves no impression of a sugary taste. It is a very forthright and bold wine.
